The Academic Affairs Office is responsible for overseeing and organizing the academic matters of the college’s students. This includes coordinating class schedules and registration, managing deferment, withdrawal, and transfer requests, and reviewing students’ academic records. The office also provides support for academically struggling students, updates the student handbook and study plans, and facilitates student allocation to departments. In addition, it nominates outstanding students for excellence awards and reviews academic complaints and requests in coordination with the College Deanship.
